Services and Products
All product items purchased from matchesheaven.com are sent via email. We will make every effort to deliver your order to you on time to your email address, but we cannot be responsible for technical difficulties related to the checking of your personal email account. We will make every effort to send your order to another email account specified by you if you encounter email difficulties.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
We accept online payments for purchases as specified at the point of payment. Your payment method will be charged as stated at the point of purchase. If you have selected a payment plan, your agree to the payment plan as stated at the point of purchase. All prices reflect cost in U.S. Dollars.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you select, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matches Heaven and any and all of its representatives from any loss or damages incurred from any misrepresentation of the above.
Clients on payment plans will have their payments processed on the first day of the month, unless the first of the month falls on a weekend or U.S. bank holiday. In those cases, the payment will be processed on the next business day.
While we strive to provide the most accurate information available, we reserve the right to dismiss any unintended offers created as a result of error on our part. If you are charged for a purchase that is deemed to be inaccurate, you will be notified and you will receive a credit for the charged amount.
Purchases of all products, programs, are non-refundable. Please read any individual contract and/or sales page carefully and ask any questions you might have before signing and/or enrolling in a program.
